Certified Advanced Rolfer™

About Me

I’m Hayley, I’m an Advanced Rolfing practitioner. Offering Rolfing sessions in London, Norwich and Leeds.

I am also a meditator, professional dancer, (quite a bad but joyful) flutist and someone who has been through the Rolfing process and recovered.

In my experience Rolfing can re-map our bodies, bring more ease, address chronic symptoms, work with developmental moments like scoliosis, grow us in self-awareness, confidence and freedom, integrate trauma, help us recover from injury, reduce strain and tiredness, develop greater physical prowess and work with emotional and psychological aspects, which very often root in the body.

Over the course of the Rolfing process I observe in myself and my clients that we can start to experience effortless posture, deep free breathing, a full range of movement and an opening to the ground and world around us that supports the natural fountain of growth of our human being.

I give my clients space to explore and understand their patterns and gifts and meet them where they are. And understand that Rolfing occurs in a relationship, and when that works we come alive on all the ways that suit us.

In my own Rolfing process I recovered from a serious bike accident and complex PTSD.  Rolfing sessions have also meant that I can land, find length, and grow and thrive in my life, they’ve had a profound effect on how I dance, recover from dancing injuries, how I relate to others and shape my creative life.

I also know, from my own experience, that often we need a combination of things to heal. If I feel I have done all I can for you or that you’d benefit from other treatments, support or scans, I’m open with that. And things weave.

As an Advanced Rolfer I’m certified by the British Academy of Rolfing and Structural Integration, where training is accredited by the European Rolfing Association, Munich (ERA) and the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration, Boulder, Colorado (RISI).

I look forward to meeting you.
